Sales Tax

Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped within Hong Kong. Intentional customers who are located outside Hong Kong, customs tax or import sales tax might applied depending on the law of your country.

Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
All domestic orders are shipped by SF Express. International orders are shipped by Hong Kong Speedpost EMS.

Shipping fees are calculated on a per item basis and determined by item weight. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped.
